ALL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
33% Blue Lotus; a flower that has had a majestic stretch of limelight back through thousands of years of history and across cultures as varied as the Egyptian, Mayan, Syrian and Thai. Revered in Ancient Egypt as a powerful dream herb and aphrodisiac. The flower can be used as a sleep aid, to reduce anxiety and as a stress reliever. There are also reports of its use as a treatment for gastrointestinal problems. Natural remedy for depression, pain and muscle relaxant.
Mullein; Traditional uses generally have focused on the management of respiratory disorders where it was used to treat asthma, cough and related respiratory problem. The Native American Indians smoked Mullein for sore throats and lung congestion. Mullein makes an excellent tea to encourage prophetic dreams and as an aid in lucid dreaming or astral travel while asleep.
Red Raspberry Leaf; Also known as “the woman’s herb,” many women claim it helps ease the symptoms of PMS, endometriosis, and menopause, and some find it helpful when trying to conceive. Historically, raspberry leaf herbal cigarettes were introduced by the Native American women who smoked them in ceremonies. It is said to neutralize poison that had been caused by the nicotine content in tobacco.
Mugwort; considered the 'universal herb for protection and prophecy' throughout the ancient world. Mugwort was used for pain and healing, psychic powers and lucid dreaming, known as the visionary herb. The leaves may be smoked for a dreamy, relaxed effect and to induce colourful and lucid dreams. Native Americans also burned Mugwort as a ‘smudge’ to purify the spiritual and physical environment. The herbal tea was, and is still used by women for late periods (and, as it relaxes the uterus, also for natural terminations without the trauma, pain or guilt).
THEREFORE PREGNANT WOMEN MUST NEVER USE MUGWORT
In modern herbalism, Mugwort is used to stimulate and ease menstruation, assist digestion and liver function, expel parasites and relax the nervous system.
Damiana; an aphrodisiac tea, it is also a proven natural anti-depressant and a calming tonic. It is also useful in weaning smokers off tobacco or other plants. It is a tonic for the kidneys, the sexual organs and the nervous system. It is excellent at balancing hormones and the emotions. Damiana may increase fertility and libido in men and women.
Hops; This close relative of Cannabis is a mellowing relaxant, great at alleviating nervous tension and indeed an all round nerve tonic. As the hops bud contains lupuline, the smoking of hops gives a mellow effect. Hops has a long and proven history of use medicinally, being employed mainly for its soothing, sedative, tonic and calming effect on the body and the mind. The strongly bitter flavour largely accounts for its ability to strengthen and stimulate the digestion, increasing gastric and other secretions.
Passionflower; excellent for all nervous conditions and, unlike most other sedatives, users report that they wake up with a smile on their face in the mornings after a deep sleep. It is also remarkably effective for interrupting nicotine addiction. Many people report success quitting smoking by mixing passionflower into their tobacco and smoking the mixture.
Spearmint; It's high in antioxidants and other beneficial plant compounds that may help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. It may even reduce stress and improve memory. Helpful for acne and elevated testosterone levels in women with PCOS. It adds a subtle minty flavour to smoking blends.
Catnip; Smoking this herb is able to stimulate uterine contractions, which is directly linked to menstruation. It works as a slight sedative, providing a sense of calm and relaxed tranquility.
Chamomile; It is an excellent digestive and relaxing remedy, and is also an effective antispasmodic. Chamomile has a powerful effect on the nervous system, helping alleviate psychological anxiety and the physiological symptoms of stress.
Lavendar; grounds and purifies you, and promotes balance and protection. It’s useful for opening the third-eye chakra, which may also be helpful for astral projection. Lavender is always an excellent meditation aid and assists with clairvoyance.
Consult your physician before attempting to heal a serious condition, also if you are on medication such as antidepressants.
